We build AI reception and workflow systems that answer enquiries, capture leads and automate follow-ups — with your team in control.

Five services businesses most often start with: answering enquiries, capturing leads, following up, booking appointments and automating the workflow behind them. Start with one; the others can be added when you are ready.

A short discovery call: where enquiries come in, which ones get missed, and what they cost you. If automation is not the fix, you will be told.
We go through your recent enquiries together: where they came in, which ones were answered late, and which never got a reply at all. You get a short, honest summary of where the leaks are — before anyone talks about building anything.
You get a clear plan: channels, conversation flows, booking rules, escalation points and integrations — scoped and priced before anything is built.
The plan is written down before any build starts: channels, conversation flows, booking rules, escalation points and integrations, with a defined scope and a written price for your approval. Third-party costs — telephony, AI usage, tools — are listed separately, so you can see exactly where the money goes.

Three industries lead our work. In each one, enquiries arrive when the team is busy or closed — and the customer moves on to whoever answers first.
Viewing requests and tenant enquiries pile up outside office hours, and slow replies lose listings to faster agencies.
The fix: fast replies to listing enquiries as they arrive, viewing booking, and qualification questions asked before your agents get involved.

The fix: calls answered as they come in, appointments booked and confirmed when connected to your diary, reminders designed to cut no-shows.

The fix: an AI front desk on voice, WhatsApp and chat, configured for the hours and languages your guests need, that answers guest questions and takes booking details.

Each service is built and customized around how your business actually works. Start with one — the rest can be added when you are ready.
Most enquiries are repetitive: opening hours, prices, availability, booking, directions. Deskwave automates those end to end, across every channel, and hands anything sensitive to your team with full context.

Different businesses, same leak: enquiries arrive when the team is busy or closed, and the customer simply calls the next name on the list.

During service, nobody can leave the floor to answer the phone — so table bookings and large-party enquiries are lost nightly.
The fix: reservations taken by voice and message during the rush, with party size, occasion and requests captured.
Service bookings, test drives and stock questions arrive by phone and form all day while the team is with customers on site.
The fix: enquiries answered and qualified instantly, bookings scheduled, and sales staff handed only ready-to-talk buyers.
Small teams, appointment-based work and the same questions asked fifty times a week — prices, hours, availability, paperwork.
The fix: the repetitive half of the front desk automated, so a small team can run like a much bigger one.
A one-person AI automation studio run by Imtiaz Ahmed. The person you talk to is the person who designs, builds and supports your system.
Deskwave AI is run by Imtiaz Ahmed, an AI Automation Engineer based in Pakistan, working with service businesses worldwide. The work always starts with a simple question: where do enquiries come in, and which ones never get answered?
Most businesses do not have a technology problem. They have a repetitive-work problem — the same questions arriving all day, follow-ups depending on whoever is free, and after-hours enquiries going to whichever competitor answers first. Automation fixes that specific problem, so the existing team can focus on the work that actually needs a human.
Every system is custom-built around one business: its services, hours, prices, booking rules and tone. No templates, no off-the-shelf chatbot with a logo swapped in, and no hype. If automation is not the right fix for your problem, you will be told that on the first call.
The tools behind the systems — chosen per project and connected to the tools you already use.
Four steps — and you approve the system before it ever talks to a real customer.
A short discovery call: where enquiries come in, which ones get missed, and what that costs you. You get a clear plan — channels, flows, booking rules, integrations — scoped and priced in writing.
The agent is trained on your business and connected to your calendar, CRM and messaging channels, then tested against your real enquiry types.
You hear it working and approve it before it ever talks to a real customer. It goes live with a full conversation log from day one, so you can see every conversation it handles.
Flows are tuned from real conversations over time, so the system keeps getting sharper — and anything it cannot handle is escalated to your team with a summary.
Every engagement is quoted on its scope — there is no published price list. Choose a standard workflow below, or tell us what your business needs, and you will receive the proposed scope and costs in writing for approval before any work begins.
Clear scope. Tailored implementation. No one-size-fits-all quote.
Choose a standard workflow or tell us what your business needs. We review your channels, integrations, usage requirements, and support needs before preparing a tailored proposal.
Standard workflows
Clearly defined packages for AI Receptionist and Missed Lead Recovery, with different levels of functionality.
Custom automation
A solution scoped around your business processes, existing tools, and integration requirements.
You will receive the proposed scope and costs for approval before work begins.
Your proposal specifies the included usage allowance, ongoing service fee, and any third-party charges, including how those charges are billed.

Some operations do not fit a standard package. A custom workflow is designed around your existing tools, business rules and integrations, and the price is a custom quote after a requirements review — no figure is quoted before the scope is understood.
Step 3 Your package
Priced on your scope
This package is quoted individually — there is no published price. Your written proposal will specify:
We review your channels, integrations, usage and support needs first — you approve the proposed scope and costs before any work begins. Your proposal specifies the included usage allowance, ongoing service fee, and any third-party charges, including how those charges are billed.
Request this packageExact usage allowances for each tier are confirmed in the package proposal before you commit.
None of the standard packages fit? Tell us what you need instead.
Request a custom workflowThe standard packages above cover the AI Receptionist and Missed Lead Recovery workflows. Every core service can also be scoped on its own, outside a standard package — each one quoted custom after a requirements review. Select any service to add it to your enquiry.
Straight answers to the questions business owners ask first.
No — and it is not designed to. It takes the repetitive half of the front desk: the same questions, the after-hours calls, the follow-up chasing, the data entry. Your team keeps the conversations that need judgment, empathy and a human relationship, and gets more time to actually have them.
Urgent or out-of-scope conversations can be transferred or flagged to your team, depending on the system configuration. The handover method and notification rules are agreed with you during the design process.
Your existing stack where possible: calendars, CRMs, WhatsApp Business, email, telephony and booking tools, connected through n8n workflows and APIs. On the discovery call we map what you already use and design around it, rather than asking you to rip anything out.
It depends on scope — a single-channel receptionist is a very different build from a multi-location, multi-system setup. You get a realistic timeline in writing as part of the scoped plan, before you commit to the build.
Yes. The discovery call includes a live demonstration of the type of system that would be built for you. If there is a fit, the system is then customized around your business — your services, hours, prices and booking rules.
Each standard package has a clearly defined scope: pick the workflow and level in the package builder on the pricing page, then request a tailored quote for that exact scope. Prices are not published, because each quote is built around your channels, integrations, usage and support needs — you receive the proposed scope and costs in writing and approve them before any work begins. Custom workflows are quoted individually after a requirements review. Your proposal specifies the included usage allowance, ongoing service fee, and any third-party charges, including how those charges are billed.

Deskwave AI (Imtiaz Ahmed) designs and implements AI automation for businesses: voice and chat agents, WhatsApp and email automation, lead capture and qualification, appointment booking, and CRM/workflow automation.
Every engagement is defined by a written scope and price agreed with you before work begins. Third-party costs (for example telephony minutes or API usage) are listed separately. Timelines in a proposal are estimates unless stated as firm.
Automation is built to handle enquiries more reliably. We do not promise specific revenue, conversion, or business results.
Payment terms are set out in each project's written agreement and agreed before work starts. If you cancel an in-progress project, work completed to that point is billed as agreed in writing. Refunds, where applicable, follow the written project agreement — there is no automatic refund entitlement beyond what we agree in writing.
On final payment, ownership of the agreed deliverables transfers to you unless we agree otherwise in writing. Third-party platforms and services used within a build remain subject to their own licences.
Services are provided with professional care but without warranties beyond what is written in the project agreement. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the project in question.
Different businesses, same leak: enquiries arrive when the team is busy or closed, and the customer moves on to whoever answers first. Pick your industry to see where the leaks usually are, which automations fit, and how a system would run day to day.
Every build starts from how your enquiries actually arrive — channels, hours, booking rules and the questions your customers repeat. Request a demo and we will map yours.
